Flight & Hotel Details: Once your booking is complete, we will require your flight number (or train/cruise details) and the name of your hotel.
Meeting Point & Departure: Flight delays and luggage wait times can be unpredictable. For your peace of mind, we do not assign a fixed departure time in advance. Instead, simply head to the meeting point designated below in your terminal. Our staff will check you in and assign you to the next available departure, providing you with the vehicle number and exact departure time. (While departures are usually immediate, please note there may be a short wait due to external factors such as traffic).
Boarding: You will have plenty of time to head to your coach, verify your booking with our team, and settle into your seat. Our staff will be on hand at every point to assist with any questions.
Operating Hours: Our shuttle service covers flight arrivals from 09:00 to 23:00.
Drop-off Point: We will drop you off directly at your accommodation or the nearest designated stop within Salou.
Journey Duration: Approximately 20 minutes, plus strategic stops at other destinations to ensure the quickest route for everyone.
Payment: Please note that all bookings must be pre-paid online. Drivers and guides are unable to accept payments.
Included Luggage: Your booking includes one standard suitcase (up to 20kg) and one piece of hand luggage.
Extra Luggage: Need more space? No problem. Additional luggage is charged at the price of an extra passenger. Simply book an additional ticket and specify the details in the "comments" section.
Families: Children are very welcome on board. In accordance with coach safety regulations, they can travel safely and comfortably without the need for booster seats or special child car seats.
Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed, our team is ready to assist. You will be automatically rescheduled onto the next available shuttle. For delays exceeding 2 hours, we recommend contacting your airline directly.

To cancel a service, you must contact us through email at most 48 hours before the contracted service. It's important to indicate the reference number for the service (example 1661768154-7) that you can find in the confirmation document you previously recieved by email. You also must indicate the holder's name and a phone number. We will call you to clear any question up.
