We take you from Barcelona Airport to your hotel/accommodation in Calella de Mar together with other users on the same coach. How do we do it?

1. We will ask you for a series of information in the form to optimize your route and guarantee your place.

2. As we do not control plane delays and the waiting time for suitcases, for your peace of mind, we do not give you a bus departure time, but you must go to the meeting point described below in your terminal, we will make check in and we will assign you the next expedition, giving you the vehicle number and the exact departure time. 

3. From here, you will have enough time to approach your coach, validate it with our staff and get comfortable inside the vehicle. At all times our staff will be at each point to resolve any questions you may have.

Destination: We will drop you off at your accommodation (or near ) within the city of Calella de Mar.

Distance: Around 75 km.

Duration of the journey: Approximately one hour, with strategic stops at the destination points to be as agile as possible.

Luggage included: Prepare your belongings for the adventure with a standard suitcase of up to 20 kg, as well as a practical carry-on luggage to keep your most precious items close at hand during the trip. Do you need to carry more luggage than usual? No problem! Our service offers you the flexibility to carry additional luggage, ensuring you have everything you need for your trip. Just make sure you book an extra ticket and provide the necessary details in the comments.

The littlest members of the family are welcome on board, traveling in complete safety and comfort without the need for boosters or special seats.

In the event that your flight is delayed, our team will be ready to provide you with immediate assistance. You will be quickly re-scheduled onto the next available bus, ensuring your journey continues without a hitch. For delays of more than 2 hours, we recommend contacting your airline directly.



From the hotel to Barcelona's Airport

48 hours before your flight departure, you must access the following website confirm.from2travel.com to check in. To do this you will need the reservation number given after making the purchase. Next, you will be given the pick-up time and place. You will also receive this information by email. Whenever you have any questions, our call center is available 24/7 to help you.

Landing Terminal 1:

In case of landing in Terminal 1, after collecting your luggage you should go to the Tourism Office located on the right side of the arrival point. There, we will be waiting for you to finish the check-in process of your transfer.  In low season (from November to March the Service is only from terminal 2, you must change the terminal with the free“lanzadera” bus that the airport offers).



Landing Terminal 2:

If you land in Terminal 2, go to terminal 2B and search for the check in desk 95-97. In front it will be the guides waiitng for you:;

 

 

 

When you have checked in with our guides they will inform you of the time your shuttle will be leaving the airport.

Duration of the jounrey is 1 hour + each drop off stop.

Arrival at your destination: You will be dropped off at the door of your hotel or at the nearest drop off point which will be a maximum of 6 mins walk away..

Our shuttle service operates for flight arrivals between 06.00am though until 01.00am

Child seats and booster seats are not required on our buses.

Luggage allowance included: 1 x 20kg suitcase + 1 piece of small hand luggage.

Extra luggage items will be charged the same price as an extra passenger.. This needs to be added to your booking via the website 

It is not possible to make a booking on the website less than  48hrs before you travel. Contact us by email and we can check availability and prices. 

It is not possible to pay to the driver or the guide. All bookings need to be made on the website.

Flight delays; you will be re-allocated onto the next available bus. Delays of over more than 2 hours should be reclaimed directly from the airline.

What is a shuttle?

A shuttle transfer is a shared transfer to or from your hotel or apartment.
To contact our ride-hailing drivers, there will always be a counter, window, or representative at the airport arrivals terminal, the exact location of which is specified in the pickup instructions on your booking voucher.

¿What is the meeting point of the activity?
The meeting point is detailed in each activity as well as in the confirmation email once the reservation has been made. If you have doubts once at the destination, you can contact the local provider on the phone you will see on the voucher.
Does the airport transfer take us directly to our accommodation?
Private transport ·Direct pickup and delivery: With our private transportation service, your vehicle will pick you up and take you directly to your accommodation. shuttle ·Pickup and delivery at stops: With the shuttle service, the vehicle will make stops at several hotels to pick up and drop off other passengers. ·Delivery to your accommodation or nearby: We will drop you off at your accommodation or at a very close point, depending on access and the characteristics of the vehicle.
How will we find our transfer service at the airport?
When you arrive at the airport, you will find our guide waiting for you. In the event that you do not see any, you should go to our counters. There, they will tell you the bus and departure time. These instructions are clearly integrated into your boucher and include all the details you need. You will also have 24-hour telephone contacts (+34 937 67 28 36) issued on the receipt in case you still have trouble finding your driver.
What is the difference between shared Shuttle and Private transfer?
Shuttle: It is a transportation service in which you and your group travel in a vehicle along with other passengers who have a similar destination. These services are available with prior reservation. Routes may vary depending on the destinations of all passengers. During the trip, the vehicle makes stops at different hotels or locations to drop off other passengers. This reduces the cost of transportation compared to a private service. Private rental with driver: These transportation services are provided to the client and their group according to the client's individual time and route requirements. The client and his/her group will not travel with any other group. As soon as you have found your driver, you will leave for your destination. Without waiting for other parts and without additional stops.
If our flight is delayed, will the transfer be waiting for us?
Our guides monitor the changes of all our clients in real time to manage any changes or waits in advance. Private transportation: We cover flight delays of up to 3 hours over the scheduled flight time. If the delay is longer, you must contact the supplier to request that the vehicle wait with an additional fee before service. If not paid, the service will not be provided. Shuttle: You will be offered transportation on the next available shuttle.
Cancellation

To cancel a service, you must contact us through email at most 48 hours before the contracted service. It's important to indicate the reference number for the service (example 1661768154-7) that you can find in the confirmation document you previously recieved by email. You also must indicate the holder's name and a phone number. We will call you to clear any question up.
