Check that the area to reserve in Andorra is correct.
We need ALL the names of the passengers and the PASSPORT NUMBER or DNI of each one. As it is a change of country (Spain-Andorra) they ask us for it at customs control before booking the service. Write information in “observations” before paying for the reservation.
Reservations that do not have all the names or passport or ID numbers will be canceled and no claims will be accepted for that reason.
You must write the email in the reservation so that we can send you the tickets.

IF YOU BOOK ON A FRIDAY FOR A RESERVATION ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY, AN EMAIL MUST BE SENT TO moventis.experience@moventia.net TO CHECK AVAILABILITY.
If the reservation is made on a Saturday or Sunday, you must ensure that it is not for the following Monday or Tuesday, since the corresponding department must inform Andorran customs control at least 4 days in advance.
SUMMARY OF DATA NECESSARY TO ADD IN THE “OBSERVATIONS” BOX:
• Names of all passengers
• Passport number of all passengers
• Email to send the tickets (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Chosen bus time (APPROXIMATE TIME)
Choose the time to agree (write the time in “observations” of the reservation, it is approximate). Check the REAL time in the email with the tickets (they will be sent 72-48 hours before the day of travel).

• It is not possible to make payment to drivers or guides. The reservation is always prepaid online.
• You cannot pay the driver or guides. All reservations must be prepaid on the website

TO CONFIRM ARRIVALS:
After collecting your luggage, at the arrivals, please go to Hall B in front of door “B”.
TO CONFIRM DEPARTURES:
You must check your pick-up time 24-48 hours before your departure on the website http://confirm.from2travel.com/ and following the instructions. Please check your email 48 hours beforehand as you will have received the tickets that you must show to the driver.

Please remember that we cannot accept responsibility for clients not being picked up on time where the original booking details have changed and have not been reconfirmed with our agents. Please ensure you are ready at your designated pick-up point 15 minutes before the listed time; Sometimes we are delayed due to traffic conditions, please be patient and allow us a few minutes.
