Arrivals at Terminal
After collecting your luggage, please exit into the arrivals hall, you will be met by a representative wearing an orange shirt or driver holding a sign with your name and/or From2travel, identify yourself by showing your transfer voucher.
In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver, please make your way to the office of From2travel, located in the left hand side of the arrivals hall, or call the number: +34 93 767 28 36 and follow the instructions
Return Pick Up Confirmation
Your pick up time will be the same as stated in your confirmation Voucher, YOU DON’T NEED TO RECONFIRM THE PICK UP TIME, in the event that you may need to amend your estimated pick up for departure, please contact your agency.
Very Important Instruction to follow: To ensure you have the correct transfer service, before entering the vehicle, please verify and check with the driver, the name on the reservation and the destination, to make sure that your journey details are correct.
In the unlikely that the driver has not arrived with 15 minutes of the scheduled pick up time, please call the following number: +34 93 767 28 36 for assistance. It is important that you do not leave without calling for assistance.
To cancel a service, you must contact us through email at most 48 hours before the contracted service. It's important to indicate the reference number for the service (example 1661768154-7) that you can find in the confirmation document you previously recieved by email. You also must indicate the holder's name and a phone number. We will call you to clear any question up.
