∞ Arrivals at BCN Airport:
~ Terminal 1 After collecting your luggage, please exit into the arrivals hall. Turn right and make your way to the Tourism Office. In front of the Tourism Office, you will be met by one of our representatives wearing an orange shirt/driver holding a sign with your name. Please, identify yourself by showing your transfer voucher and confirming your destination.
~ Terminal 2 B After collecting your luggage, please exit into the arrivals hall, you will be met by one of our representatives wearing an orange shirt/driver holding a sign with your name. Please, identify yourself by showing your transfer voucher and confirming your destination.
In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver/representative, please call the following number before leaving by your own: +34 93 767 28 36 for assistance.
Return Pick Up Confirmation
Your pick up time will be the same as stated in your confirmation Voucher, YOU DON’T NEED TO RECONFIRM THE PICK UP TIME, in the event that you may need to amend your estimated pick up for departure, please contact with us by email.
Very Important Instruction to follow: To ensure you have the correct transfer service, before entering the vehicle, please verify and check with the driver, the name on the reservation and the destination, to make sure that your journey details are correct.
In the unlikely event that the driver has not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick up time, please call the following number: +34 93 767 28 36 for assistance. It is important that you do not leave without calling for assistance.
To cancel a service, you must contact us through email at most 48 hours before the contracted service. It's important to indicate the reference number for the service (example 1661768154-7) that you can find in the confirmation document you previously recieved by email. You also must indicate the holder's name and a phone number. We will call you to clear any question up.
