a comfortable and affordable shared coach transfer from the airport to your
accommodation in your destination city, together with other travelers.
How does
our transfer service work?
We have
simplified the process to guarantee your seat and ensure a worry-free journey:
Useful
journey information:
• 📍 Destination: We will
drop you off at the door of your accommodation or at the nearest designated
drop-off point possible.
• 🧳 Luggage included: Enjoy
your trip with 1 standard suitcase (up to 20 kg) and 1 backpack or
handbag included. Traveling with extra luggage? No problem! Simply purchase
an additional ticket during your booking and provide the necessary details in
the comments section. The additional cost is only 20€. If this extra
service is not added and the suitcase does not fit on the coach, we accept no
responsibility and no complaints or claims will be accepted.
• 👶 Traveling with children: The youngest members of the family are welcome and can travel
safely on our coaches without the need for booster seats or special child
seats. Children under 2 years old travel free of charge; however, do not
forget to add the extra service for their stroller at a cost of only 20€.
If this extra service is not added and the stroller does not fit on the coach,
we accept no responsibility and no complaints or claims will be accepted.
• ✈️ What happens if my flight is delayed? Our team will assist you, and you will automatically be rebooked on the next available coach. If the delay exceeds 2 hours, we recommend contacting your airline. In the event that the delay exceeds this time and no coaches are available, we accept no responsibility and no complaints or claims will be accepted.
Return
Transfer: From Hotel to Airport
Do you have
a return ticket? The process is very simple:
Between
24 and 48 hours before your flight departure, visit confirm.from2travel.com
to check your pickup time and location. You will only need the booking
reference number you received when making your reservation.

Upon
arrival, look for our official guides. You can easily identify them by their Orange
uniforms.
If you
arrive at Terminal 1 (T1) [Office closed from November 1st to March 31st]
After
collecting your luggage, proceed to the Tourist Information Office
located on the right-hand side of the arrivals hall. We will be waiting there
to complete the check-in process for your transfer.
If you
arrive at Terminal 2 (T2)
After
collecting your luggage, proceed to Terminal 2B and look for counters
30-31. Our guides will be waiting directly opposite them.
Meeting

Upon
arrival, look for our official guides. You can easily identify them by their Orange
uniforms.
After
collecting your luggage, proceed to the arrivals hall where a FROM2
representative will welcome you.

Cancellation
If you need
to cancel your transfer, you may do so free of charge provided that you notify
us at least 2 days before the scheduled service date.
To process
your request quickly, please send us an email including the following mandatory
information:
• Service
reference number (example: 1661768154-7), which can be found in the
confirmation document sent to you by email.
• Full
name of the booking holder.
• Contact
telephone number. We will call you if we need to clarify any details
regarding your booking.
