How does our transfer service work?

We have simplified the process to guarantee your seat and ensure a worry-free journey:

  1. Book online: Enter your details in the form so we can optimize the route. Please remember to specify your flight number (example: FR1208), the flight arrival or departure time, and your accommodation details.
  2. Stress-free arrival with no rush: We understand that flights can be delayed and baggage collection times are unpredictable. For your peace of mind, we do not impose a fixed departure time. Upon arrival, simply proceed to our meeting point in the terminal. There, we will complete your check-in and assign you to the next available coach.
  3. Board and relax: You will have plenty of time to reach the coach, validate your ticket with our staff, and make yourself comfortable. Our team will always be available to assist you with any questions.

Useful journey information:

• 📍 Destination: We will drop you off at the door of your accommodation or at the nearest designated drop-off point possible.

• 🧳 Luggage included: Enjoy your trip with 1 standard suitcase (up to 20 kg) and 1 backpack or handbag included. Traveling with extra luggage? No problem! Simply purchase an additional ticket during your booking and provide the necessary details in the comments section. The additional cost is only 20€. If this extra service is not added and the suitcase does not fit on the coach, we accept no responsibility and no complaints or claims will be accepted.

• 👶 Traveling with children: The youngest members of the family are welcome and can travel safely on our coaches without the need for booster seats or special child seats. Children under 2 years old travel free of charge; however, do not forget to add the extra service for their stroller at a cost of only 20€. If this extra service is not added and the stroller does not fit on the coach, we accept no responsibility and no complaints or claims will be accepted.

• ✈️ What happens if my flight is delayed? Our team will assist you, and you will automatically be rebooked on the next available coach. If the delay exceeds 2 hours, we recommend contacting your airline. In the event that the delay exceeds this time and no coaches are available, we accept no responsibility and no complaints or claims will be accepted.


Return Transfer: From Hotel to Airport

Between 24 and 48 hours before your flight departure, visit confirm.from2travel.com to check your pickup time and location. You will only need the booking reference number you received when making your reservation.

What is a shuttle?

A shuttle transfer is a shared transfer to or from your hotel or apartment.
To contact our ride-hailing drivers, there will always be a counter, window, or representative at the airport arrivals terminal, the exact location of which is specified in the pickup instructions on your booking voucher.

What is the difference between shared Shuttle and Private transfer?
Shuttle: It is a transportation service in which you and your group travel in a vehicle along with other passengers who have a similar destination. These services are available with prior reservation. Routes may vary depending on the destinations of all passengers. During the trip, the vehicle makes stops at different hotels or locations to drop off other passengers. This reduces the cost of transportation compared to a private service.

Private rental with driver: These transportation services are provided to the client and their group according to the client's individual time and route requirements. The client and his/her group will not travel with any other group. As soon as you have found your driver, you will leave for your destination. Without waiting for other parts and without additional stops.
If our flight is delayed, will the transfer be waiting for us?
Our guides monitor the changes of all our clients in real time to manage any changes or waits in advance.

Private transportation: We cover flight delays of up to 3 hours over the scheduled flight time. If the delay is longer, you must contact the supplier to request that the vehicle wait with an additional fee before service. If not paid, the service will not be provided.

Shuttle: You will be offered transportation on the next available shuttle.
